2011 Recruiting

I have been meeting a lot of people this past week in the hiring process.
Until now, I had the feeling that I had to be an experienced person.
However, I myself was not an experienced person from the beginning,
What is important is curiosity, enthusiasm, drive...
In terms of our company's work rotation, there is no limit to the amount of experience that can be gained.
Therefore, we are turning to hiring new graduates and new graduates.
Tomorrow, we will be in Shiga for the Shushoku-haku (joint company information session),
On May 16 and 17, I will participate in a job fair in Kyoto.
