Semi-automatic visual inspection system

I have recently worked on several "hand fed" type inspection systems.

What is good about this type of condition,

• The system should be verifiable for automatic visual inspection with minimal investment.
• No need to verify (review) because visual confirmation can be made on the spot after inspection.
• It must match very well with the characteristics of FlexInspector, which is also described as "too visible."

It depends on such factors as the following.
We think it is probably best suited for small-lot, high-mix, cell production.

Present,

• Fixed camera type
• Rotation single axis type
• Linear motion single axis type

are manufactured & shipped, and others,

• XY2 AXIS TYPE
• Line sensor type

has been initiated.
