FlexInspector over FlexInspector

A function that we have been "sorry" for is now "stuck" due to customer requirements.
For the first time in a long time, we are conducting a major code review.
The main points are
(1) Significant improvement of the good registration function
(2) Improvement of responsiveness when handling large data
(3) Enhancement of the defect classification function
(4) Enhancement of the function to check inspection results
