Unconventional selection criteria

FlexInspector differs from common image processing methods using binarization because
(1) There is no need to increase the contrast of defects.
(2) Uneven illumination is not a problem.
This is different from the conventional selection criteria.
The important points are
(1) If the same object is imaged, the image should be the same.
(2) Defects must be recognizable on the image.
This is a very obvious requirement. This is a very obvious requirement.
FlexInspector enables "light-independent" image inspection.
