Results of evaluation by demo machine

FlexInspector is a very different approach to inspections, and we are having users evaluate it at the review stage. For this reason, we have 10 demo units in operation in cooperation with our dealers.
We have received a variety of evaluation results as a result of evaluating the demo units.
The results of the visual inspection by on-site inspectors showed that the correlation between the results of the visual inspections and the demo equipment was higher than that of the existing state-of-the-art equipment.
When the pixel resolution (μm/pixel) of the camera was the same, the minimum defect detection capability was found to be about 1.5 times higher than that of the existing equipment.
These "high detection capabilities" are combined with the features of "high versatility," "easy setup," and "low cost.
A slight change in conception has made such a difference.
