I WENT TO IPF2008

We visited the IFP2008 International Plastics Fair held at Makuhari Messe from November 7, 2008.
We exhibited at the booth of Yushin Seiki, which has adopted FlexInspector for the demonstration of molding, taking out, visual inspection, and sorting and storing of resin molded products.
The machine was affected by vibration, tilting of the chuck, etc., with occasional false alarms and, on rare occasions, black spots. The good rate was about 95%.
As an additional note, FlexInspector's inspection method is as follows
OK = confirmed as good. OK=good by anyone's standards.
NG=Not confirmed as good.
In this demonstration, the items that were judged as NG due to vibration or tilt are "items that could not be confirmed as good". In normal operation, these items are checked visually.
This was the first time for Yushin Seiki to exhibit FlexInspector.
Despite the fact that this was the first time for Yushin Seiki to exhibit FlexInspector, the staff explained everything in their own words with a clear understanding of the product.
We left the booth with peace of mind...
