Immediately before Image Sensing Expo 2010

As usual, we are in the midst of a flurry of activity at the Image Sensing Exhibition!
This year's exhibits will include
(1) XY Stage
We will use an inexpensive GigE camera (1.3 megapixels) from LinX.
We will check if it can withstand a fairly high system load.
This system runs FlexInspector on Windows 7 (64bit).
This configuration is likely to become a mainstay in the future.
(2) Line sensor
With the cooperation of JAI, we will run a 3CCD color line sensor.
If you would like to see what kind of images will be produced, please bring a sample.
(We plan to use 30μm/pixel, about 60mm width per 2048 pixels)
(3) Sprocket inspection system
Performs imaging & inspection while rotating.
(4) Demonstration machine for evaluation
FlexInspector evaluation machine will be built with a notebook PC and a GigE camera (JAI CM-140GE).
Prepare a simple experimental environment.
This will be the first time to do so.
As for the seminar, we made quite a few modifications to the usual ones.
It will be first thing on Wednesday morning, which is a very tough time for us.
We hope you will be able to stop by.
I will be present all three days.
