2019 Image Sensing Expo Seminar

The seminar will be held on 2019.6.14 at the Image Sensing Exhibition (Pacifico Yokohama).

Thank you to the many people who attended last year.

THIS YEAR, HOWEVER, THE "POPULAR AI" AND "KEYNOTE SPEECH" WERE SCHEDULED AT THE SAME TIME AS OURS, AND I THOUGHT TO MYSELF, "PLEASE GIVE ME A BREAK. THIS YEAR IS NOT GOING TO BE GOOD. I WAS A LITTLE BIT DEPRESSED. IT IS HARD TO GIVE A LECTURE IN A RATTLING HALL.

However, the organizers have informed us that we have 148 participants as of 5/14.
I really appreciate it. Now I can get fired up and start working on my manuscript.

I am thinking of going with "real" as the subject of this issue.
The information we see in newspapers and on the Web is so different from what we see and hear in the field.
Of course, the sites we know about are limited.
We are willing to accept that premise, and would like to convey the "real" as far as we know.

I was just thinking about it when I received the latest issue of Nikkei Business (5/20).
It was no surprise to me, and I really thought, "Wow, they are going to write about it.
I guess it was "not supposed to be like this" more than I thought.
