FlexInspector Possibilities

(1) Since various items can be inspected using the same approach, there is a possibility of unifying the operation of image inspection equipment in a factory.
(2) The quality and efficiency of the inspection work itself may be improved because it is extremely easy to set up, and only those items that are the same as good items can be marked as OK and those that are different from good items can be marked as OK.
(3) If the quality of the inspection work can be improved, it may be possible to clear the "quality problem" that is often a problem in overseas production. Handling is "manual work" and visual inspection is "FI.
(4) Since it is possible to inspect with three-dimensional and color images, the scope of applicability of image inspection may be greatly expanded.
5) It may become the de facto standard for imaging inspection methods in a few years.
I know many of you may think that this is a fantasy or a pictorial dream....
At least I will work to realize this possibility.
