Toward '07 Image Sensing Exhibition

We will exhibit at the '07 Image Sensing Expo to be held at Pacifico Yokohama from June 6 to 8.

• XY TYPE VISUAL INSPECTION STAGE: (PLANNED) INSPECTION BY SPLIT FIELD OF VIEW
• Tilting type visual inspection stage: (planned) Inspection stage to realize "the same as good products viewed from any angle
