Surprisingly much-needed "hand-mounted" inspection equipment

Recently, we have been receiving inquiries about "hand-placement" inspections, in which the product is set by hand and inspected with a camera.

Perhaps the image of an ordinary image processing inspection system is "not worth the cost and effort.

However,

  • It is highly versatile and unusually easy to set up and adjust.
  • As long as it appears in the image, it can be detected almost 100% of the time.
  • These operability and detection capabilities can be confirmed in advance.
  • The cost in the system is less than 2 million.
  • A portable system can also be built by using a laptop-based system.

The situation changes when it comes to

If it works well, "stable product inspection can be done by anyone," so it is possible even for elderly people with impaired eyesight, and "hands" can be done overseas, where there is ample supply.

IF IT IS THE FI METHOD, IT MAY BE POSSIBLE TO DO IT IN-HOUSE. (IN THE IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION LINE OF A MANUFACTURER OF IMAGE INSPECTION EQUIPMENT, IT IS STILL...? (I WONDER IF IT IS STILL POSSIBLE?)
